Ingredients: figs, unrefined whole cane sugar (panela), whole cocoa, lemons. Fruit used: 180 g per 100 g of product.
Produced with fruit harvested on our farm. The processing takes place in an artisan workshop, at low temperature and in vacuum, to better preserve the properties of the fruit, with the addition of a modest amount of unrefined whole cane sugar and fresh lemon juice. Whole cocoa is sourced directly from a small farm in Barbosa (Antioquia, Colombia).
